Information when
you visit.
When you access this website, the infrastructure serving it receives technical request information. Depending on the provider’s configuration, this may include your IP address, access time, requested page, browser and device information, and a referring page if your browser transmits it. Such information supports page delivery, troubleshooting and security.
Contacting Epsilon AM.
This website has no contact form. “Send an inquiry” opens your email application with contact@epsilonam.at as the recipient. Clicking the link does not automatically send a message.
If you contact us by email, telephone or post, we may process your name, contact details, organization and the information you provide. We may keep a record of correspondence to handle and answer your request, arrange requested services and administer the related business relationship.
Contract-related inquiries from an individual may be processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General business correspondence, including contact with representatives of organizations, may rely on Article 6(1)(f), reflecting our interest in responding to inquiries and managing business communications, subject to the required balancing of interests. Article 6(1)(c) applies where processing is necessary to meet a legal obligation.
Providing inquiry details is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer without sufficient information. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive patient information in an initial inquiry; a suitable communication channel must first be agreed.
Storage, retention
and security.
Correspondence and related records may be held electronically or, where relevant, in paper files. They should be retained only for as long as needed to address the inquiry, manage the resulting relationship, comply with applicable retention duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Records no longer required should be deleted or anonymized.
Protecting information calls for appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you need to exchange sensitive information, contact us first to agree on an appropriate method.

The public website is hosted by easyname, with the web server located in Vienna, Austria, within the European Union. According to easyname, its data center facilities are ISO/IEC 27001 certified and use nuclear-free, CO₂-neutral electricity. Who may receive
information.
Information may be accessed by authorized personnel and service providers where needed for hosting, email delivery, IT support or handling a request. Where required, providers processing information on our behalf must be covered by appropriate data processing arrangements. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet a legal duty or protect legal claims.
Any disclosure connected with a corporate transaction, group company or additional business purpose requires its own assessment, an applicable legal basis and appropriate information to the affected individuals. Sending an inquiry does not itself authorize unrelated promotional sharing.
Processing outside the European Economic Area (EEA) requires an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism, such as a relevant adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Simply contacting us does not constitute blanket consent to international transfers.

and external services.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use cookies or browser local storage for personalization, advertising or analytics, and does not include analytics tools or advertising pixels.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Cookie lifetimes depend on the particular service.
Google Fonts
DM Sans is currently loaded through Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes requests to Google’s font services, which receive technical connection information. See Google Fonts privacy information.

Your rights
and choices.
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
If processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. These rights are subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions.
Send requests to contact@epsilonam.at or use the postal address above. Where reasonably necessary, we may request information to verify your identity. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
